Built in 1993 + complete renovation with new bathrooms & furniture for season 2008.

Location: Hillside a 200m walk above Mykonos Town.
All units: in traditional Mykonian style, with wooden ceilings, slab stone floors & wooden painted windows. There is private entrance, air-conditioning, private bathroom w.shower/toilet, mini fridge + coffee maker, colour TV, direct dial telephone, CD player, hairdryer. 8 rooms facing the pool and with a side view of Chora. Some rooms with kitchenette for light meals. 2 rooms with Chora / Sea View.
Remarks: Very friendly atmosphere. Minimum rental 5 nights.

Andriani's Guest-House Good pension overlooking Mykonos Town.
Built 1985, renovated 2004: 20 Rooms. open April-October.
Location:This guest-house is located on a small hill over the School of Fine Arts in Mykonos.
Description:Recently renewed small guest-house / pension, with 5 studios (with kitchen corner) 6 rooms and one apartment.
Room Facilities: Comfortable recently renewed, clean rooms, all with air-conditioning and TV, private bathroom facilities, mini-bar, safe-box. (most of them with view to the town and sea).Outside of every room there is a balcony or yard or garden .

Location: Kaminaki area, outskirts of Mykonos Town near harbour.

Remarks: Perfect easy location, about 300m from the center, but 50 steps up.

Location: Lakka area, quiet central part of Mykonos Town, near the many Italian Restaurants, very easy access to the bus station to all south coast beaches, 1km from Town port, and 2,5km from airport.
All Rooms: In good condition & with all comforts: private bathroom w.shower/wc, A/C, colour TV, mini-fridge.
All Studios: as rooms + small kitchen corner for light meals.
Remarks: Quiet and centreal location.Friendly services.

Location: On Ag. Ioannis Beach, about 4km from Mykonos town.
Facilities: 2 next-door restaurants, swimming pool and sunbathing terrace, transfer service (small charge).
Also some furnished apartments available.

Location: Hillside above Agia Anna Beach, Kalafati Area, about 12km from Mykonos Town.
Many quiet, nearby beaches like Kalo Livadi, Lia with restaurants. Basic amenities shopping, + taverns and "ouzerias" at Ano Mera Village, 2km away.
Remarks: Special, tiny private beach 100 steps down-hill. Friendly family service.
