Summer 2010, prices per unit include all costs and charges (water, electricity, bed linen and towels, regular cleaning, local taxes & VAT).
Minimum 5-day rental required, but mostly one week rental required and 2 weeks in the high season...

Cancellations accepted only in writing by e-mail or fax.
General Rules:
- Cancellations up to 5 months prior arrival date, no cancellation fee - except a 60 Euro booking fee for expenses and work undertaken on your file - deposits reimbursed.
- Cancellations up to 4 months prior arrival, 10% penalty; up to 3 months a 20% penalty; at 2 months a 30% penalty.
- 6 weeks prior to arrival date, fee represents 40% of total reservation cost; at less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, fee is 50% of total rental cost.
- Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival or "no-shows", or shortened stays without advance/prior notice, claim full charge with no re-imbursements.
M.A.C. always tries, benefiting from its good relations with villa owners, to reduce, as much as possible, any eventual cancellation fees ...depends a lot on the respective accommodation owners' charge to us; we do reimburse funds when valid/applicable.
