PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Low Season
A 20% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Remaining payment must be realised upon arrival. For cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged. For cancellations made later, the full amount of the reservation will be kept.
Middle Season & High Season
A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Remaining payment must be realised upon arrival. For cancellations made up to 21 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations made later, the full amount of the reservation will be kept.
In case of Non-show or earlier departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
• A Damage Deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival for all villas. The deposit is fully refundable on departure.
