Description: The Orcale is located in the area of Paradisia on the northwestern side of Mykonos in a panoramic position granting extensive views over Mykonos Town, the island of Delos and the colorful Mykonian sunsets. The property enjoys a private location thanks to distance from other properties in the area and the fact that the property is off the main road that leads to the lighthouse. A ten to fifteen minute drive separates the villa from the center of Mykonos Town while the closest beach is Agios Stefanos, one of the few equipped beaches on the northern side of the island and quite ideal for families. One can reach the southern beaches from the property by simply passing the center of Mykonos Town where all the main roads of the island converge.
A grand garden surrounds the front part of the property featuring a flawlessly maintained English lawn complimented by plant installations, which include short summer plants along with palm and various trees. The property’s private pool also enjoys a frontal position and a touch of green as well thanks to the two olive trees placed at each extremity of its unique horseshoe shape and infinity edge. The pool deck of course offers relaxation options though the elegant sun beds adjacent to the pool. To the right wing of the property the terrace extends out, covered by its bamboo pergola. The formal outdoor dining area is located under this pergola as well as a lounge area and the property’s stone-built BBQ. The interior design of The Oracle combines elegance and sophistication benefiting from the touch of a talented interior designer. The entrance level of the property is the villa’s main living and dining area. The two spacious living rooms stretch out to the front and the right hand side of the entrance hall, each granting views of the garden, the pool and the sea through large windows and French doors. The furnishing features elegant couches and aptly placed coffee tables while pristine parquet paves the entire area, also representing the air-conditioning solution for this level through its integrated cooling system. A third living room is located on the lower level of the property and also features marvelous parquet flooring. This area boasts two unique large aquarium style windows looking directly into the villa’s swimming pool. The plentitude of couches are designed to face the property’s home cinema area with its large flat screen TV and surround sound. Located on the left wing of the property’s entrance level, the kitchen is certainly a feature hard to not notice. The U-shaped space was entirely designed to meet the distinctive traits of the La Cornue stoves, renown for their stylish concept and for being extremely exclusive cooking appliances. The location of the kitchen is of course fundamental to the outdoor dining area as well, which can be easily accessed via a French door from the kitchen itself.
